We are looking to create 5 Alliances with the goal of delivering Social Value in Knowsley, benefitting the local community as well as our partner businesses.

Founding partners will play a critical role, working with us to build the Alliance in a way that suits their business goals, and tackles issues that can benefit the area in the long term.

How grow works

Responsible business is not a new thing. There have long been expectations on organisations to make an impact, and most have long wanted to do the right thing.

But it’s a lot easier said than done.

We can’t just ‘do good’. Demands are increasing on businesses but the way it’s done, and measured, has all become a bit too complicated.

That’s where grow comes in.

grow has been created to bring businesses together, increase our impact through collaboration and make ‘doing good’ simpler.

We will take you through the whole process, from developing your plan, to supporting delivery and telling your story. Giving you the chance to spend more time doing, and less time measuring.

  • A schedule of inclusive activities designed with your input which focuses on your chosen Alliance and desired community benefit outcomes

  • Accurate and accredited Social Value measurement of all Alliance activities

  • Monthly update reports, case studies and an end of year report

  • Ongoing comms, PR and interviews to tell your story

  • Engagement days, volunteering & wellbeing opportunities for your team as well as access to a wider events programme

  • An Alliance launch, scheduled events and networking opportunities

  • A commitment to work together on an aspirational long-term project

It is crucial for the success of the Alliance that we shout about it at every opportunity we get.

Our expert Comms team will lead the way, making sure that we get the word out consistently, and importantly, LOUDLY. We will create a 12 month comms plan to support the Alliance delivery plan, getting the word out through PR, digital comms and more.

  • Provide monthly updates and impact reporting with a 6 month review, 9 month check-in and 12 month impact report
